The address of your wife must be the same as the address of the owner of the premium account.

This address it´s same, myself logged in accound and doens´t work.
What does the pop up error says? Why you can't add your wife to the premium account?
The website inform that address not same, but I acess de account and it´s right.

I have the same problem. I assumed it was because once upon a time my husband and I had our own separate spotify accounts before joing the family plan and it was denying my email address. I have created a new email account just for spotify and it still does not work. Starting to get frustrated.
Before contact by facebook, this problem is resolve.
