I can't connect to my family plan

I can't connect to my family plan

My mom had to change her payment method, but forgot and our plan expired. After the plan expiring and her changing the payment method, I wasn't able to connect to our family plan again anymore

Please tell me the exact error message that you're seeing when attempting to accept the Premium Family invite.

I can't enter her plan because it says I can only join another person's plan once every 12 months. But, as I've said before, I was already on her plan before.

Did you join another plan after you joined hers? And now you'd like to join hers again?

Nope, I was in her plan until her plan expired because of missed payments (cloned card, cancel card, forget to change card on payment for spotify). Then she created a new family plan on her account with her new card, sent us our invite link and I couldn't join.

Family plan, she even sent me the invite already
