I can't download music for offline mode in family plan

So I'm part of a family plan but everytime I download music for offline playing it says that I've reached the maximum 3 devices and deletes all the music I've just downloaded (I've been trying for a week now with no success) I ALREADY DELETE THE OFLINE DEVICES FROM THE SPOTIFY CONFIGURATION PAGE (sorry for the uppercase but the only solution I found online is remove the devices and I already did that a number of times, I also remove the app from my phone, reinstalled and update)
