I can't find my exact address to confirm it on spotify family.

I can't find my exact address to confirm it on spotify family.

I tried everything, i cant even find my city. But i tried google codes, than i find my city, entered it, and than just my address didnt match. What should i do? today is the last day to confirm, but i just cant.

Still, cant confirm my address. When i entered nearest point to my house, it stills goes with "address didnt match" and when i entered exact address that i confirmed at the beggining of my premium, it goes with "theres a problem, try again later"..

Spotify removed my access to premium family that i have been part of for years because of an address thing that spotify doesn’t explain and makes everything confusing. Give me my premium back.

I am now unable to rejoin the family plan for 12 months?!

I tried multiple times to put the correct address and made sure it was the same as the family plan holder, but it kept failing. Now I’m kicked off the plan because the address finder wouldn’t work properly. 

I have also had the same problem. My wife tried to verify her address twice and has now been kicked off Premium Family for 12 months. Absolutely unacceptable.

Same here. Cant confirm and now im kicked out. 

Hello. I was also kicked out. I write it down to https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support and they help me out with this problem. They will need your mail, mail of the manager of the family plan and then they will send some email to the manager, then he will send you an invitaton to the family plan. Than he will have to change the address to the nearest land or building he can found that page and send it to you. You will have to enter that address and thats it. It worked for me, so just write them 🙂 My english is not perfect, so i hope you understand what i did write here 😄 

Try reaching out tech support. I tried it and they helped right away.

Potentially the same here - it won't find any permutation of any part of my address as my house isn't on a road (small village in the UK).

 

I have 5 days to remedy before my second account (I have one for Sonos at home and one for personal devices as Spotify still can't figure out how to run one account in parallel) gets booted.
