Hey there, 

 

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

In this case, it's possible that you're already in a plan. You check this by heading to your Account page here

 

If that's the case, you'd need to cancel your current subscription and wait for your account to revert to the free service. Once that happens, you'll be able to join another plan. No worries, you won't lose your content, you'll only have to re-download it once you have Premium again. 

 

If that's not the case, we suggest that you try again while using an incognito window and a different device.
