I can’t join my family’s plan, because I’ve just changed country

I can’t join my family’s plan, because I’ve just changed country

My family lived in Spain but they have just got back to Portugal, and I can’t join their plan anymore. I can’t even change the country, and I press the right address and it says it’s wrong…

Thanks for reaching out.

 

You'll simply need to update your country setting by following these steps. Once it matches with the plan owner's country setting, you'll be able to join.
