I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

Quiero volver a aceptar la invitación del plan familiar. Tenemos el mismo hace 2años no estuve en otro. Mí hermano tuvo un problema con la tarjeta y lo arreglo todo se pudieron unir. Pero a mí me dice que no puedo unir a un plan en 12 meses pero es el mismo plan que tenia

I recently cancelled my family plan and rejoined with me as the manager (somehow my son was previously). I am trying to rejoin one of my family members but it is saying they can only join another persons plan once a year. The other members joined fine. Is there a way I can fix this or find out when the 12 months is up?

Family plan, I was in a family plan and the owner forgot to switch cards over when he got a new one. The plan ended because of failure of payment. He started it back the same day and sent me a link i can’t join because it says i have to wait 12 months?? It’s the same person as last time i dont understand the issue.
Hello! My brother tried to join the family plan for the first time and he use the family link I sent him and after inputting the address, the result says "Find another Family plan that works for you". We live in the same house and he use the address that I am using. I created a new account to show him step by step I got the same result. I still have 3 available account that can join and my sister manage to join the plan last week. Please help.

Je viens d'avoir le nouveau lien pour accéder a mon nouveau abonnement famille mais je ne peux pas le rejoindre et dois attendre 12 mois.
Il y a un mois j'ai arrêté mon ancien abonnement car je ne vis plus dans la même famille.
