I can’t manage my members

I can’t manage my members

macbook and iPhone 13

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question:

 

There is no Way to manage members in the member list. No buttons to edit update delete nothing. I’ve logged into the app and the website on both my phone and MacBook and nothing works

Hey @kego,

 

Thanks for the screenshot 🙂 It's the right one.

 

It looks like you're logged into an account that's part of the Premium Family plan, which is why you're unable to invite or remove anyone.

 

I recommend logging back out and back in, but this time, use the account which is considered the plan manager 🙂
