I can't switch from family premium to family basic.

I cancelled my USA-based spotify premium family plan when they had that large price hike a few months ago. I just heard about the "family basic" plan so I resubscribed to family premium today but I can't find anywhere to switch to family basic. Where is this option?

You can Manage your plan from your account page. If you're eligible, the Basic plan will be listed in the offers. 🙂

Keep in mind that, in the US, your subscription must've been started before a certain date in June of this year, in order to be eligible for any of the Basic plans.

I had a subscription for a long time. I cancelled it in June when they jacked up their prices. I resubscribed today after reading about these "Basic" plans—I never used the audiobooks anyhow.

But apparently I can never have that plan. I'm pretty angry.

And furthermore, I don't really need six accounts, just one for my teen, and one "kids" account for my younger child. But Duo doesn't allow access to the kids app.

The captcha is obsessed with crosswalks today.
