I can't verify the address on a family account

I type exactly the same address as the account manager but it says that I'm a different country.

You're probably seeing this error message since the country in your account doesn't match the one in the Family manager's account. Please double check this on your account page and change it if needed.

I have confirmed that the address on my account is the same address that we are submitting, but I keep getting the message that we need to live in the same house.
