I cannot add my wife to the family plan

Hi,

 

I use Premium Family plan for a couple of months. (Istanbul, Turkey)

I tried to invite my wife (we live in the same house but she's Bulgarian, I am Turk) to the family plan but Spotify refuses everytime she tries to subscribe.

 

The problem is that we are not informed at all about the reason. What are we doing wrong? I clearly should be able to add my wife to the family plan but it seems like there are some problems. How would I get support on this?

Would you please mention the reason why she can't join the family plan ?

Not recieving the invitation ? invitation isn't approved ?

Hello,

I can send invitation, my wife confronts with a form when she click the
invitation link. But after she fills in the form, we are getting a
notification that she cannot join the family plan. That's all. nothing more

Please check out this help page on Premium for Family accounts.

Scroll down to the "Get Started" section and make sure all detials are aligned and that your wife is eligable to join the membership.
