I cant enter a family plan

I cant enter a family plan

10 days ago my dad cancelled his family plan, thats because I dont live with him anymore, then It doesnt makes sense to have a family plan, then my mother updated her plan to a family one, now i cant join It because i cant switch to another family plan in 1 year. Is there a way for me join The plan without creating another account?? Thanks!! ( It might have some English errors, It isnt my First language )

Hi @pedropeixotogua, thanks for writing!

 

I'm afraid you'll have to create a new account if you are not able to join your mother's plan.

 

But don't worry, once you create this new account, you can get in contact with the Spotify staff and they'll be happy to transfer your playlists and everything from the old one.

Hi @bittencourt !! Thanks for answering me!! I could fix the problem I was having just by entering in contact with the support, then I was able to join my mother plan. Thanks for The support!!
