I changed from duo to family and didn't show on the cell only on the laptop

I changed from duo to family and didn't show on the cell only on the laptop

First I had trouble payment on the cell, the app didn't accept any kind of payment. I was able to pay on the laptop and change from duo to family but now the cell doesn't show the change.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Where are you looking for the change on your mobile phone, the app or the account page in a web browser? The change from Duo to Family should be visible only on the account page in a web browser. Try logging out and logging back in again with your credentials to make sure you're in the right account.
