I changed my Spotify password and lost my Family premium.

I changed my Spotify password and lost my Family premium.

I changed my Spotify password and lost my family premium. Can I get it back? Or do I need to receive new invitation from family member?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

 

Can you make sure you're logged in with the right account? Also, can you check if you have an active Premium subscription? You can do that from your Spotify account page.

I’m definitely using the same account. I was invited by family member to join Family premium and was using it for a while. Today I was trying to log in from different device. I couldn’t remember my password so I reset it and lost my premium access. 🙂 

Could it be solved? 

Hello! Thanks for writing back. I'd recommend asking the administrator of your plan to send another invitation so you can join the plan. They should also check if your account appears in the plan from the Spotify account page: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview
