I changed my plan 1 day before it expired and the new duo plan options do n

I changed my plan 1 day before it expired and the new duo plan options do n

I changed to an annual duo plan 1 day before the end of my normal paid subscription, I paid for it and everything was fine but I don't see the option to add a new user to share the plan with.

This will be reflected on the 13th which is when I was normally billed?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard! Firstly, check your account page to see what subscription you really have. If it's Duo, then you can go to the Duo page on the left hand side to setup the address and invite your member. If you still see Individual instead and you have seen the charge for the Duo plan on your payment method, then check if you made the payment on another account. Also be advised that changing from Individual to Duo takes immediate effect, meaning that your billing date will be pulled forward to compensate for the price difference.
