Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

 

We'd recommend that you try to change the payment method in an incognito window or in a different browser.

 

In case you're still unable to do so, you might have to cancel, wait until your account reverts to free and then re - subscribe again using a credit card. 

On another note, we'd like you to share the country you're currently trying from. This way we can try reproduce the behavior on our end. 

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
