I created my premium family account while on a short trip with one member of my family.

My Question or Issue

Premium family account created while abroad for the week end. I sent invitations to other family members soon after (while being abroad). Family members invited can’t enter into the program. Me and my son (who where together while creating the account) are fine with Spotify use. Ideas on how to solve? Thanks

Thanks for confirming. Everyone that you would like on your Premium Family plan must be at the same physical location at the time of signup. Even if you and your family reside at the same address— but if you’re in the UK with your son and everyone else resides in Italy right now, you would need to send them an invite whenever you get back to Italy.

Let's take a look.

So, the other family members that are unable to join the Premium Family, did they reside at the same physical address as you when you sent the invite (as in were they with you abroad as well, or was it just you and your son)?

We all are residents at the same address in Italy, but when son and I
opened the account and sent invitation
to others, we were in UK.
