I don't know the separate logins for my family account

I run my family account and after Spotify logged everyone out, my mum cannot get back into her account. I know her username and we have tried different passwords but none of her emails are linked and nothing is working. My dad was able to log in through Facebook which should not even work because his Facebook is not linked to my account. Any help?

In Spotify, an account could be linked to an email address, phone number, Google/Apple account or Facebook profile. In your dad's case, probably his account was created through Facebook. However in your mom's case, the login credentials must be different than the ones tried so far. Make sure she tries using the methods mentioned above.

In case the issue persists, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can review the accounts and help you further.
