I get an error message and cannot connect to share my family premium

I need to talk to a live agent. Our family has Premium and all of a sudden my wife cannot use the family account.

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.


Additionally, have you tried following these exact steps to invite your wife to the Family plan?
