I have a premium account, but there ad when I listen to a podcast, why?

Since the premium account is ad-free I don't know why this is happening

I have tried to log out of my account and log on again, also this is happening on iPhone and mac app versions.

While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

so in case I use Spotify mainly listening to podcasts there is no point in paying for a premium, because anyway I'll be forced to listen to the ads
