I have a problem adding my wife to my family plan

We just moved to south africa and I updated the address but when I want to add her, the application response is that we do not live in the same house

Thanks for the post.

 

You'd need to make sure that the country on your Spotify account matches the country that you're currently residing in. The same goes for all members you want to add to the Family Premium Plan.

 

You can check the country on your account page here

 

I'd suggest going through this support article for instructions on how to change your country settings 🙂 After that is all set you should be able to invite members to your Family plan.
