I have changed countries - spotify family

I have changed countries - spotify family

I have changed my premium family subscription payment to Switzerland where I now live and I've invited my family who has set up swiss accounts, but It keeps coming back to them saying they don't live at the same address.

 

Spotify won't seem to let me change the country I live in under my profile. 

 

Device

We are using phones and the web-based version. My apple app store is set to Canada but I don't think that is related as I can't even change the profile country in the web version of Spotify.

 

I'd like to keep my original account with years of data but these systems seem to be screwing with me.

 

I have written our new address in family premium and mine works but it's not letting my family join. Why?

Hey @WABtrevor ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you've recently updated your payment method to one that's been issued in Switzerland, you'll need to wait until your next billing date. Your country setting won't update before that 🙂
