I have expired single premium, how do i join my family?

My Question or Issue

I have an expired premium account that I have used for a decade. I would like to switch to my family's plan without losing my music. How do I join? Also, I meet all qualifications and live with my family. I just have dozens of playlists that I dont want to lose.

Thanks for reaching out.

Premium Family is a discount plan for up to 6 family members who live together.

Each person on the plan uses their own account, so no one shares a password and everyone keeps their own saved music and playlists.

To join, the plan manager sends you an invite link to join. You'll then be asked to enter your address and if everything matches, you'll be added to the existing Premium Family plan.
