I have issues with my family plan

I have issues with my family plan

I was added as family member by family planner in the family premium account, however my spotify app still shows that I am under free account and not premium account…please help

Hi, and welcome to the Community!


My first suggestion is that you check your current subscription status on your account page. If it says Free, then it's possible that you have another account that's on Premium. Try logging in to it with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.
