I have moved overseas and want my kids to still access family plan but not

I had researched this subject on this community and it said they still could so I renewed and paid for premium family however saying my kids are in different region so they cannot access

Thanks for reaching out.

Are your kids still living at the same physical address as you or are they in a different country? All members of a Premium Family plan must reside at the same address.
