I have premium family but we can't all listen at once

I have premium family but we can't all listen at once

I have a premium family account. There are three of us on it. We can't all listen to Spotify at once. When one person is listening and another tries to, it knocks the first listener off.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that every member is logged into their own account 🙂

 

If you're using the mobile app, you can go into the app's Settings, then click on Account. There it'll show you the username you're logged in with.
