I have problem with two members of my familiar plan

I have problem with two members of my familiar plan, my wife and my sister could not update the address and now they are blocked by 12 months. OMG we got covid for the first time and we were rest by 2 weeks, this is not fair

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If members have failed the verification of the address and they currently are blocked from rejoining the plan, it'd be best for them to contact our customer support team so they can help the members with the address reverification, if possible.
