Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you out.

 

You should be able to purchase a Premium Duo subscription here. Can you let me know what happens exactly when you try to do this?

 

If you're getting any browser errors, can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

 

Also, it might be worth attaching screenshots of any error messages you're getting.
