I just upgraded from a premium to family premium. How do I invite members to my family subscription

Plan: Family

Free/Premium: Premium

Country: India 

Device: Samsang Galaxy Note 10, I've tried to open the website on incognito page as well

My Question or Issue
My current premium plan is set to expire in October '20. But I went ahead and upgraded to Premium Family plan as I wanted to bring in my folks onto the platform. However, I see no option to view/add members to my family plan and Spotify fails to load the family page

I've received a receipt confirming the plan change but I don't see it reflecting in my Spotify account.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

If you switched to Premium Family while you're on the standard Premium, the new subscription was most likely queued and will start by the time the current one is finished (October 2020). 

Once you switch to Premium Family, you can invite other users to join following the steps here.
