I lost my subscription to the family plan due to a payment problem, how i can reactivate my plan and i can't find family plan

Sorry to hear that. Premium Family is no longer offered as a plan in your region. Since you already had Premium Family before the change, no changes were made to your account. However, since your plan was canceled due to the payment issue, there isn’t a way to subscribe back to Premium Family. 

 

However, Spotify does offer a Premium Platinum plan. You can check it out here. There’s also more information about how this plan works on this support page
