I´m not receiving the email to accept my invitation of the family plan

I´m not receiving the email to accept my invitation of the family plan

The principal user invite me to join to the family plan, but I´m not receiving any email, does any one knows what is happening, we tried to change the email but is not working. Thank for your help

Same problem here !

I have sent an invitation to my wife. She did not receive any email (hotmail address), despite several tests. I checked in her spam folder.

It's still not working for you?

I'm having the same problem. None of my family members received the email. What can I do to fix this? 

Sorry, but it´s still not working =( my sister is going to do a new account. We hope this can help us.
