My family and I have been under the same family plan for years now. For most of that time, the "Family Mix" playlist has worked fine and showed what we've all been listening to. A few months ago though, the "Family Mix" started to only show my music under my profile, and no one else. This is only under my account though, as others under the same plan can see everyone else under "Family Mix", including what I've been listening to. I mostly use my phone but it's the exact same issue on my laptop as well. I clicked on "Manage members" and it only shows my profile, not anybody else. Please help!
In this situation we'd recommend for everybody to leave the Family mix > log out > log back in and then rejoin the mix. You can have a look at this support article for more info on how to do that. This should force sync your accounts and the mix anew.
