I made a duo account. But my wife can't register herself.

I made a duo account. But my wife can't register herself.

We wrote the same address , but it doesn't work. You have to fix it

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

First up, we'd recommend double-checking the address you've registered on the plan. You can see this info by heading over to your Account page to see if it matches. If it's the same address, we'd recommend updating it (you can use the same one) to refresh the info of the plan.

 

On another note, we suggest that you make sure you're not using any VPNs while updating the address and your wife accepting the invite. 

 

If the issue persists, could you send us a screenshot of the error message she's getting while trying to accept the invite? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
