My Question or Issue
I recently got Spotify Family and I started getting emails that I have cancelled the Spotify Family Premium plan. However, I haven't and when I click the link that says "Stay Premium" it just shows that my current plan is still the Spotify Family Premium. How can I make sure that I am still on the Spotify Family Premium plan since I keep getting these emails saying the plan will cancel?

If you haven't cancelled your Premium subscription and your payment method is active, you shouldn't worry.
We'd recommend you reach out to our customer support team here and send them a copy of these emails. They'll be able to take a closer look and check whether they are legit Spotify emails and if you have a second account by any chance.
