I was premium family and it changed to premium single. How do i go back.

I was premium family and it changed to premium single. How do i go back.

I have been family account for years. Yesterday my credit card had a problem and when i fixed it my whole family was out of my plan. I need help. It chrged me a single premium it should have been a family one.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Its possible that while you were troubleshooting your payments, you may have accidentally switched to Individual. Not to worry, just go here and change back to Family, you won't be charged again immediately, but the billing date will be pulled forward a bit to compensate for the difference in price between Individual and Family. Then you can invite your members again. Since the owner is the same (you), this will not count as a plan switch.
