I went from premium duo to premium family and I can't add my family. Help

I went from premium duo to premium family and I can't add my family. Help

I changed plans from duo to family and I can't add my previous partner from duo and the rest of my family to the plan. It's been over a week. Do I have to wait till the next billing cycle to add them? The link can not be copied. Plus my husband can't log in to our duo anymore. So I've paid for duo yet my husband doesn't have it anymore. What is going on. I just want to add my family to the new plan.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community!

 

If you see that on your account page it shows that your Family plan is active you can follow these steps on desktop to add members:

  1. Go to Account Overview.
  2. Scroll to Manage your Family accounts.
  3. Select the option to add members. 

If you have trouble we'd recommend giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.
