If you see that on your account page it shows that your Family plan is active you can follow these steps on desktop to add members:
- Go to Account Overview.
- Scroll to Manage your Family accounts.
- Select the option to add members.
If you have trouble we'd recommend giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.
