Im on a family premium plan but I'm only getting a free subscription

Im on a family premium plan but I'm only getting a free subscription

I am part of a family plan , other members have premium but mine is showing as fee sybscripton

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, you may have accepted the invite using a different Spotify account than the one you're using within the Spotify app 🙂

 

I recommend logging in here to check if it says you're part of the Premium Family plan. If it does, you can check what your account username is here. which you'll be able to use for logging into the app.
