Incluir dependente em plano família

Excluí uma conta premium familiar e reativei outra conta antiga premium familiar. Minha esposa não consegue voltar para a conta antiga pois aparece uma mensagem de que não pode ser incluída em plano família em período menor que 12 meses. Já excluí a conta nova à qual ela está ligada
