My Question or Issue

I have an active Spotify Premium account and have for several years. I was attempting to upgrade to the family plan, but keep receiving this error message that says I am ineligible. I pay through Apple, I canceled my subscription through Apple to see if that would fix it, and it still didn't.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend trying it again in an incognito browser window, another device, and/or while being connected to a different network.
