International marriage

So thanks in advance for your help.

My wife is British and I'm in the US military. We live in England. I'm the lead account on the spotify family but my country has reverted to USA. Her account automatically goes to UK and I've tried the solutions for both of us.

I'm thinking my only option is to get customer service to do some voodoo magic and force the accounts to join.

Okay, since you Contacted Spotify Support, they should lead you on from there. If you want to change your country, you can do so by following these steps.
