Invitation is refused by Spotify without more explanation...

Invitation is refused by Spotify without more explanation...

I'm paying an account premium for 6 months and till now I was not able to invite my family (living on the same home etc...), now I have the time and the patience to take care of it... So this is the message I'm receiving from Spotify (see attached with this message) : 

 

1) No way I can know which address I have put in my account (how is it possible !!?)

2) You are giving no actionable error message

3) You have to direct support with your users...

 

How can I do to just basically use the principal feature of my Family premium package ? ... which is having a family using it.... 

It looks like Spotify is a startup without enough money to spend on their account management system...

Sorry to hear you're having an issue but i'm here to help.

Can you please provide the type of subscription you're using (if you've taken any trial offers please mention them as well), type of device and country would be great as well.
