My Question or Issue

I was part of a familiar plan but moved out of the place and decided to create a new one with my sister. She setup the account with her profile and I made the payment. When she sent me the invite I couldn't be added to the plan. There was a message saying something like I can't change it within 12 months. What should I do to be added to the plan? I hope I won't be charged until it's functional.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!


Keep in mind that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months. If you have previously been member on two different family plans in that period, you won't be able to join this new plan for now.


On another note, if you are the plan's owner, keep in mind that you don't need to invite your account. To check that, you can head here
