Invite code invalid

Added my wife to my premium family subscription. Clicking the link in the invite message results in going to her account screen and nothing but a spinning arrow in an area of the page that never populates with anything. Choose the Redeem option on the left side menu and enter the code and just get a message that it's an invalid code! Seriously Spotify?? You're the one's who generated the code. What get's this resolved? I've never seen a company go more out of it's way to avoid direct support. Apple Music is looking better by the minute.

I am getting the same error and worst! My sister was already using the family plan for over two months when spotify started saying she was no longer on the family subscription. Now I send her the code back and she gets the invalid code error.

can you try redeeming your code in a private/incognito window of your web browser (eg. Chrome or Firefox)?
