Invite email not getting for Family plan

Signed up for Family plan and no one is getting the emails. Looked up other ways, and someone said give them the code manually. How would I find this or get this to work?

Have you tried it in another browser? It might also be worth trying it in an incognito window. Inviting the link seems to be removed now. Also try making a dummy email and sending it to that and then forwarding that message to the other emails. This seems to be a odd solution at the moment. Hope this helps.
