It has been years since my friend last joined any Spotify plan, yet she is unable to join a Family Plan currently. We are puzzled by this as there shouldn't be any restrictions on her eligibility for joining the plan.

Could you please look into this matter and provide us with some clarification on why she might be facing difficulties in joining the Family Plan? Is there any specific requirement or condition that she needs to meet in order to join?

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as my friend is eager to join the Family Plan and enjoy Spotify's services along with her family members.

Please share the exact error message she's seeing when she tries to join your Premium Family plan. 🙂
