My Issue:

Hi,

I've been using the family premium plan for a while now with no issues. But a few days ago my family members were suddenly kicked out of the plan automatically. Upon reinviting them into the plan they are instantly removed from for some reason. How can I fix this issue? We live at the same address so that cant be the problem.

Hey @arijey3, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere and probably resetting your Spotify account's password from your Spotify account page?

 

I'd also recommend checking out this support article under 'Why was I removed from the Premium for Family plan?' section.
