My Question or Issue

I have had Spotify Premium on the Family Plan for about 4 months now. Every month, I keep getting an e-mail saying that my plan is ending, and I have to restart it and send the invites out to my family members again. What could potentially be the problem here because I have no idea.

Thanks for the post.


This can happen if the system can't draw the monthly subscription from your bank/ PayPal account. This could happen if there is not enough money on the account at the time of the subscription draw. So while the systems tries to draw the money in the next couple of days, you receive this notification.


It could also be an issue coming from the bank, processing the payment. I'd recommend reaching out to your financial institution about this to check why the payments might be failing regularly.
