J'ai un compte premium family mais je ne sais pas ajouter de personne.

J'ai un compte premium family mais je ne sais pas ajouter de personne.

J'ai un compte family premium, je vois que j'ai 4 personnes sur l'abonnement et qu'il me reste deux places libres. Je vois l'endroit où je dois cliquer pour ajouter une personne mais ca n'ouvre rien, je suis bloqué et je ne sais ajouter personne.

This might be due to some issue on your web browser or network. We recommend trying the following:

  • Try opening your account page on an incognito browser window or another web browser, to check if it works.
  • Connect to another network, like a mobile Hotspot Wifi and try adding a member to the plan.

Note: Make sure that Ad blocker, Pop-up blocker or any type of VPN is turned off, as this might also be causing issues.
