My Question or Issue

 

hi

 

myself and 5 of my friends began renting  a house and decided to activate a family plan

 

the issue I’m having is we are all active on the family plan yet each of the other 5 members are still being charged for their account individually .... 

 

how can I resolve this and have the other 5 members get a refund as being double charged ???

That's not cool! Please make sure to check your Subscription Overview and see if they're currently part of your family plan. 

 

Also, please get in touch with the support team with this contact form so they can take a look into your issue and help you with your refund. 


After contacting Spotify, If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will be able to help you with the refund.
