Joining Family premium account. Link invite not working

I am trying to join the family account. The link has been sent but when I click the link it says the page is not found. Error 404

Australia 

Device

(iPhone 14

Operating System

 

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

Invite link not working. Says page cannot be found

Thanks for getting back.

 

The link you've shared here is definitely incomplete, so I recommend creating a new invite using a different device and preferably a different browser.

I recommend making sure the invite link you've received isn't incomplete. It should look something like this: spotify.com/family/join/invite/[some random letters and numbers].

yes that works! It was difficult to use a mother hardware, but then it works!
